- Care about the Theatre: Board members have a strong passion for theatre arts and a commitment to achieving and maintaining high standards of artistic excellence. They channel this passion into action, actively working to enable productions to bring quality performances and creative experiences to the community.
- Work as a Team: Board members proactively collaborate with others, respecting diverse opinions, and work cohesively and civilly as a team with other board members, volunteers, production members, and other stakeholders. They use this collaborative spirit to drive board projects and productions forward to achieve tangible results.
- Act with Transparency, Effectiveness, and Accountability: Board members are dedicated to effective communication, openness and transparency, executing plans safely, effectively, and reliably, and holding themselves and others accountable for their actions. Their commitment to ‘getting things done’ should reflect their passion and drive for fulfilling the theatre's mission.
