​If you have a Season Flex Pass, simply contact us ahead of time to reserve your seat for a show.

  • Buy Online: Purchase your tickets online for the quickest and most convenient option.
  • Print Your Ticket: To speed up your entry, print your ticket at home.
  • Mobile Ticket: Or, have your ticket email ready on-screen to show the usher upon arrival.
  • Skip the Box Office: You can go straight to the usher, show them your ticket, and find your seat.
  • Processing Fee: A small processing fee applies, but this method guarantees your ticket. This fee helps cover the costs associated with processing and managing your ticket purchase, supporting our non-profit organization's efforts to bring quality performances to our community.
  • Highly Recommended: StageCenter strongly recommends this option to ensure you don't miss out on your desired performance.
Performance Times
  • Evening Performances: Begin promptly at 7:30 PM
  • Matinees: Begin promptly at 2:00 PM
  • Lobby Opens: 30 minutes before showtime

Arrival Guidelines
  • Recommended Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the performance.
  • Late Arrival Policy: If you haven't arrived by 7:25 PM (for evening shows) or 1:55 PM (for matinees), and the performance is sold out, your ticket may be resold.
  • No Late Seating: To ensure an enjoyable experience for all, we are unable to seat latecomers once the show begins.

​Waitlist for Sold-Out Shows
  • Waitlist Enrollment: Visit our box office in person to join the waitlist if a show is sold out.
  • Ticket Availability: Starting at 7:25 PM (for evening shows) or 1:55 PM (for matinees), any unclaimed seats will be available for purchase. Please note that we cannot guarantee that your party will be seated together.

  • Review Selections: Please double-check your ticket choices before purchasing.
  • No Exchanges or Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Once purchased, tickets may NOT be exchanged for a different date or a refund.
